He has held positions at the Federal University of Pernambuco (Brazil), the University of Illinois (USA), and the University of Cambridge (UK). His research focuses on the Real Estate Market and Structural Transformations.<\/p>\n
Together with Professor Pedro Brinca, he co-leads the MacroNova research group. He is a member of the\u00a0Economics for Policy\u00a0Knowledge Center at Nova SBE, where he has collaborated with Professor Jo\u00e3o Duarte on several studies, including \u201cThe Future of Work in Portugal: The Imperative of Reskilling\u201d (2019), \u201cReSkill Hub: Accelerating Professional Reskilling in Cascais\u201d (2021), \u201cImpact Assessment of Consumer Credit on the Portuguese Economy\u201d (2019), \u201cEconomic Impact Assessment of the Beer Sector in Portugal\u201d (2021), \u201cEconomic Impact Assessment of the Battery Value Chain\u201d (2021), and \u201cImpact Assessment of Structural Funds in Different Regions of Portugal\u201d (2021).<\/p>\n
